I am excited as we enter the New Year 2008. My excitement is based on a very strong biblical and prophetic sense – knowing that in the Bible we can see God has always worked through the calendar events such as dates, times, seasons, festivals, ways, or festivals. God is a God of specifics, and we have come in a time of the sovereignty and appointment of God.

The number “8” is linked with the “New”. This year the Holy Spirit is moving in the earth to initiate New Beginnings for you. You will come out of your old cycle of life and enter into new beginnings. You have entered a new season and God is giving you a new course that you need to set in your life so that you will experience the best the Lord has prepared for you.
